In the movie, we saw a transformation. In the trailer, he seemed hungry for blood and he also showed his sharp teeth to everyone.

Michael Morbius, a scientist, was trying to cure himself of a blood disease. This experiment went wrong when he tried to make a cure for himself. Instead, he injected vampirism into his body. The movie is interesting because it has a lot of twists and turns.
Morbius has changed many times, but he is still a good guy. He does the right thing for our world and becomes a complicated superhero.
From the trailer that we have seen, it looks like the movie is about a little girl who has to save her dad. Morbius is also in the same universe as Spider-Man. There are properties like Spider-Man that are connected to Morbius, too.
Michael Keaton appears as a bad guy, the Vulture, in Spider-Man: Homecoming. Morbius has joked about being Venom. But we are not sure if he knows about Venom in the other universe.
But we can know that all these villains share a universe with each other and we can understand that they also share a connection to Spider-Man. Marvel Cinematic Universe is part of the Marvel comics.
